Terms of Service

01Accepting these terms

By creating an account, using the live demo, or otherwise using CurrenSee (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use CurrenSee with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

02The Service is a preview

CurrenSee is offered as a preview (beta). That means:

• Features may be added, changed or removed, and some are marked as "preview" or "coming soon".
• The Service may have bugs, be unavailable at times, or behave differently than described.
• Your account and data are stored in your browser on your device. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, change devices or use a private window, and we can't restore them.

Please don't rely on CurrenSee as your only record of important financial information during the preview.

03Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and use CurrenSee on devices and browser profiles you trust. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• The demo account is shared sample data for exploring. Don't enter real personal information into it.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

04Acceptable use

When using CurrenSee, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law, including Philippine laws on data privacy, cybercrime and anti-money laundering;
• use the Service to commit fraud or to store information you have no right to use;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the Service's security or operation;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or use automated means to access it without our permission; or
• copy, resell or redistribute the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

05Plans and billing

CurrenSee offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Family and Business) at the prices shown on our website.

Prices and plan features may change. Any change will apply only after we've given you reasonable notice.

06Not financial advice

CurrenSee helps you organize and understand your own records. Insights, projections, budget suggestions, reports and responses from the AI assistant are generated automatically from the information you enter, and are general information only.

• They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and Kurvo is not a bank, broker, or licensed financial adviser.
• They may be incomplete or wrong, especially if the information entered is inaccurate.
• You're responsible for your own financial decisions. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional.

07Your content

The information you enter into CurrenSee belongs to you. You give Kurvo only the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

08Intellectual property

CurrenSee, including its software, design, logos, text and graphics, is owned by Kurvo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Philippines and other countries. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes under these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve CurrenSee without any obligation to you.

09Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that data stored in your browser won't be lost.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

10Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kurvo and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, savings or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including decisions you make based on insights or reports.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Kurvo for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or ₱1,000. These limits don't apply where liability can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11Suspension and termination

You can stop using CurrenSee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice first so you can save a copy of your information.

Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive termination.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. If that doesn't work, disputes will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.

13Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms as CurrenSee evolves, for example when accounts move to our servers or when billing starts. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use CurrenSee after that means you accept the updated terms.
